Information we collect

Forms may collect the contact, company, location, product, support and request information you provide. Using “Use my location” in the installer finder sends browser coordinates to this WordPress site to find nearby verified installers. A normal finder search is not saved as an inquiry; if you select installation service and place an order, the local search or GPS proof needed to bind that installer to the delivery/installation area is stored with the order.

How we use information

We use submitted information to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, review applications, provide installation support and process warranty requests. We do not sell submitted personal data.

Storage and access

Submitted enquiries and order records are stored on this WordPress site and are accessible to authorized administrators. If you confirm an installation, the four required evidence photos are stored in private storage outside the public Media Library and can be viewed only through controlled order access. Email notifications may be sent to the configured business address and relevant installer/customer addresses for the service workflow.

International inquiries

An inquiry may be handled by JOOBER or a relevant authorized partner in another country when appropriate for your request.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact form or applicable WordPress/WooCommerce privacy tools. JOOBER-specific installation location proof and private evidence are included in our privacy handling. Some transaction, tax, payment, settlement or legal records may need to be retained where law or legitimate accounting obligations require it; additional local rights may apply.
