Images, specifications and features are for reference. Final configuration, door compatibility, color, software and accessories may vary by market or project and should be confirmed in an order document.

Quotes and orders

A quote request, contact message or partner application is not a binding purchase order. Commercial terms are binding only after written confirmation in an accepted quotation, invoice, contract or order.

OEM / ODM

Custom branding, packaging, software, hardware and project requirements are subject to technical review, quantities, lead time and written confirmation.

Installation

Check door compatibility before installation. Installers listed in the finder may be independent businesses. Confirm the appointment and door details directly with the assigned installer, but keep the installation order and payment within JOOBER; do not settle privately with the installer.

Warranty

The warranty page describes JOOBER’s commercial replacement promise. Mandatory local consumer rights continue to apply.

Intellectual property

JOOBER / 佳文贝尔 branding, website design, product presentation and original content may not be copied commercially without permission, except by authorized partners using approved materials.

Important warranty reminder

For installation orders, the JOOBER one-year free replacement program requires the installation transaction to remain on the JOOBER order. If you bypass JOOBER and pay or settle privately with the installer, JOOBER cannot verify the service/payment record and this commercial warranty program will not apply to that installation order. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, are not affected.
